Where is cef_storage.h?

Postby janhuang6 » Wed Apr 23, 2014 2:34 pm

My application is using CEF library. It was just upgraded from CEF Version 19 (1046) to Version 27 (1453).
But after the upgrade, the new CEF no longer has
cef/include/cef_storage.h
cef/libcef/storage_impl.cc
But my application really needs those.
So does the new CEF have a replacement for that?
If they are removed, why?

Thanks,
Jan

It sounds like you're using CEF1. The API is no longer supported. See https://code.google.com/p/chromiumembed ... ail?id=658.

Hi, Marshall,

Thank you for the quick response.

But I doubt CEF3 will help because there is no cef_storage.h in CEF3 either.
I want to get a clarification does the newer CEF3 support cef_storage in any way,
or I have to implement it myself? If it supports it, what is the replacement for cef_storage in new design?

Thanks for your contribution to CEF and the community!

CEF3 does not support cef_storage. You can only access the storage data via JavaScript.
