Building CEF with a new Ozone layer implementation

Is there any news on this one? I'm looking forward to seeing Ozone implementation in CEF. I tried to build Linaro's version of CEF to no avail, but maybe I messed up something.

Yes, thank you! I've already seen that discussion, but my problem cannot be solved with

ozone_platform_dri=0

because the DRI (GBM to be precise) platform is what I'd want to use. Anyway, no rush or anything, I'm just curious if this will be in the official builds (at least it would make me feel better if it is officially supported).

CEF has been using Aura on Linux since 2062 branch (May 2014). That's not the same as Ozone support.

Thank you Marshall Greenblatt. Does this mean CEF is not depenedent on X11 anymore? I understand that there are 3 different ozone implementations currently present in Chromium for linux - gbm(mesa based for opengl), dri and png.
Also I would like to understand the usage of UI frameworks within CEF. My intention is to make use of CEF within embedded devices where there would not be X11 but only directfb.

No, CEF is still dependent on X11. Moving to Aura removed the dependency on GTK.
