Hi, when we run cefsimple on windows 7 (with Dwm shutdown, e.g. the Windows 7 Basic theme), when open a file dialog( <input type="file" /> ), the parent window will stop painting.

Please add a bug at https://code.google.com/p/chromiumembedded/issues/list. Include information about your CEF version.
