CEF click through bug

hi all,

We hava built an application with CEF3(version 3.1650.1562 windows32).
Occasionally mouse clicking go through CEF window, just like it's transparent. e.g. right click on CEF window, it shows desktop menu if cef window is just on top of desktop.

In "bug" status, still can see static picture, anmiation, web content.

and also, we use the following method to draw a native window around CEF window:

I would like to know it's a known bug of CEF or just the problem of our application? thanks.

Does the problem reproduce with cefclient or cefsimple? If not it's likely a problem with your code.
