Delay in CefInitialize

I am using CEF3 build 1750.1738 on windows 7 32 bit. The multithreaded message loop is on and the render process is different than the browser process. On some machines with windows 7(32 bit) CefInitialize is taking a lot of time (7-10 seconds). Is it a known issue? Any pointers to debug it further?

If you can reproduce the problem consistently try attaching a debugger, halting execution and see where the main thread is blocked. You should be able to get debug symbols from where the same place you downloaded the binary distribution.
