Should CHROMIUM_BUILD be defined?

Should CHROMIUM_BUILD be defined?

I noticed that none of my projects (LibCef_dll_wrapper or my main app) define this preprocessor macro yet all of the projects in the cefbuids.com downloads define it. Is this required?
