Flash video ads not always showing.

So i've tested some youtube videos with ads on CEF v.3.1650.1639_windows32 and on CEF v.3.1750.1805_windows32. (I mean the advertisements that shown before Youtube videos).
I discovered that if video has ad on it, it will be shown with about 50% chance. In other 50% cases ad will be skipped and video will start playing without showing ad.

When i tested these videos on Google Chrome browser, ad was shown in 100% cases.

What is wrong? And how can i fix this?

In cases where the ad is not shown what do you see instead? Does the video start playing immediately?

It's impossible to identify the problem without a more controlled test case. It could just be that YouTube is serving different content to different Chromium versions (or any number of other factors).

In such cases i can see the empty "yellow buffer line" (that is inherent in such kind of ads) for about 1 second. Then the video starts playing. The ads used in the video are usually much longer then 1 second (30-40 seconds long).

I also noticed that this is happening when i have slow internet connection. But Google Chrome shows ads before video even when connection is slow.
