CEF porting to QNX platform

Dear all,

I am a newbie in CEF. Just an hour ago, I noticed this rendering engine in internet.
We are in search of a suitable rendering engine to be ported to an older version of QNX. that is, QNX4.25.
We just found Chromium Embedded Framework which seems interesting.
It is mentioned in its documentation that CEF has few operating system dependencies. That makes us feel great about it.

In QNX4.25, Watcom compiler is used. Does anyone have any idea on how to port CEF to such an older platform QNX4.25?
Our exact requirement is to have support for HTML 4 on QNX4.25... Your better ideas are most welcome!!!!

At least, has anyone ported CEF to any other platform other than the ones directly supported by CEF?
What are the major bottlenecks in porting to any other platform?
