Bringing already open popup window to foreground

I'm running cefclient (cef_binary_3.2171.1875_windows32) on Windows 8.

Using this page as an example:

When I click on the "my popup" link on the page, a window pops up on top of the main window.

Now if I:

1. click on the main window without closing the popup window
2. click on the popup link again

How can I bring the already open popup window to the foreground?
