keep window always on top (Linux/Gtk)

Hi Everyone,

I am developing a "kiosk mode" type of app based on CEF. I can make the browser window take up the full screen, but I would like to force it to be on top of all other apps. I don't think I can do this with Gtk. Is it possible to do this, perhaps with some sort of X-Windows command?
