Maybe it's somehow related to graphic card ? I'm running on nVidia (327.23).

If it was related to the graphics driver I would expect the same behavior in CEF and Google Chrome on the same machine.

Adding the `--disable-d3d11` command-line flag solves the problem for me on Windows 8.1.
