In CEF39 (but not in Chrome 39) when cycling elements using Tab key, <body> get's focus.
How to reproduce:
- Open cefclient and let open google page
- using Tab key cycle elements and check document.activeElement in console
When you use Tab from last element in page, <body> get's focus, which is wrong i think ... it should make focused first focusable element.
