Unable to successfully connect to a particular URL

Hi,

Using CEFClient version CEF_3.2171.1979 I tried to connect to the following URL but the request gets cancelled:

https://qa.auto-partner.net

The above page returns the contents:
<meta content="0;URL=/portal/at" http-equiv="refresh">

The behaviour seems to be similar to the following Chromium issues:

Is there an issue with my pages content or is this a bug in CEF?

It loads for me in the 2272 branch build of cefclient (but not 2171 branch) on Windows so I would guess that the problem has been fixed in newer branches.
