dSYM for crash reporting

Hello,
We have integrated HockeySDK in our CEF app and are currently building it using a build server using "xcodebuild -configuration Release"

However, we have some trouble finding the dSym file for the builds.
We tried running archive through the xcode gui, however this seem to generate an empty archive.

Any idea on how/where to get the debug symbol files?
