Is there any way to set the paper size and orientation for printing?
I am trying to support Windows XP and later. Normally this involves setting properties on the DEVMODE struct, but this seems buried deep inside the Chromium internals. There are also CSS properties for paper size and orientation, but these don't seem to work in CEF.

IIRC A user provided a patch that exposed print options, but perhaps it wasn't merged in.
