Pepper flash opens a console window on Windows

With the `2357` branch you can still use `NPAPI` though it's disabled by default.

There is a command line flag to enable it, see

I believe the `CEF` `master` branch is using `Chromium 45` which no longer has `NPAPI` support (Or if it does still have support, expect it to be removed in the near future).

Were you able to reproduce the problem with `Chrome` or just `CEF`?

CEF uses the system installation of Pepper Flash whereas Chrome uses a bundled version. You can force Chrome to use the system version by passing the `--disable-bundled-ppapi-flash` command-line flag. If that reproduces the problem you should update the Chromium issue to mention it.
