Build warnings on master branch

Hello.

I'm trying to build CEF from master branch.

1. I'm miss some configuration, (so 2015 RC VS is used), so i'm stop branch, set 2013 and restart building. During patching i'm got next warning:

--> file is not patched - failed hunk: 1
--> source file is different - ../components/resources/printing_resources.grdp


Probably related for PDF printing?

2. "Traditional" ninja build is little ambiguous:

ninja: warning: multiple rules generate gen/about_credits.html. builds involving this target will not be correct; continuing anyway


We probably should fix something around this to get consistent build results.

Both can be safely ignored. There's an issue with patch somewhere for the about_credits warning. The other warning is new and requires a fix to the patcher tool (PRs welcome).
