WebSpeechApi starts but stops after 1st second

Hello,
I have got a problem using WebSpeechAPI with CEF3:

What's the problem?
1 I start my client using CEF3
2 I open a site like https://www.google.com/intl/de/chrome/demos/speech.html
3 I klick the microphone icon
4 It starts listening
5 After about 1 Second it stops listening

Is it something like a timeout?
What can I do?

As a general rule you should also include version and operating system when posting.

So, version CEF3 3.1750.1805, os windows32 (win8.1)

I've got a problem again: In the list of APIs (cloud.google.com/console) I don't find "Speech Api"

I've got Client Key, Api Key but I can't find Speech API in the Google Console.
Can somebody help, please?

Your using a very very old version. Perhaps you might have better luck with the latest version?

I can't use the latest version because my component fpCEF isn't compatible with a newer version.
