Crash On Shutdown

My app is leaking CefURLRequestContext reference on shutdown with Win build 2454. This did not occur with the 1979 build. I see that this has been logged on Linux. This seems to be a Windows problem too? I just reran and now I see the CefBrowserContext leaking.
