Iframe ScrollBar Stuck at Top

Iframe ScrollBar Stuck at Top

Hi

My native App has CEF 2171 integrated. On mac, scrollbar stays at the top of the iframe. The content keeps scrolling down using mouse wheel but the scollbar does not move.
Any inputs will be really helpful.

Can you reproduce the problem using `cefclient`? Have you tried updating to the latest release branch?
