Use alternative Windows Authentication credentials?

In our company, we have a IIS server using windows authentication. Users can sign to the web site without entering username and password after logging in to windows.
Is it possible for CEF to use another credential to sign in without changing the "Internet Options" > Security > Local Intranet > Custom Level > User Authentication > Logon to "Prompt for user name and password"?? Because
