I don't want to build cefsimple or cefclient

Is it possible to don't build cefsimple or cefclient? I'm trying to create a project that depends on cef and using cmake along with ExternalProject, but when the ExternalProject downloads the cef, it's building the examples as well and there's isn't an option to disable the examples from being build.

Is there a way to disable the cefsimple and cefclient using ExternalProject_Add?

Why do you want to disable it anyway? It only happens once, so it's not that big of an overhead...

Still unnecessary and it takes time, it would be nice if it had an option to disable it on cmake, but I solved it using patch commenting the add_subdirectory line. - http://stackoverflow.com/a/32324184/5286910.
