Crash on exit in my browser client code

Win32 app using Windows 32 2454 rev of CEF

Crash on exit with a partial stack like this:

Looked in cef_ref_counted.h around those lines.

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? I follow the recommended shut down procedure.

I suspected that was the case but hoped it rang a bell - I'll keep digging.

Appears to be exactly the same code as an app that doesn't crash but clearly there is a difference.
