CEF is based on Chromium and therefore does not support platforms that are unsupported by Chromium. Note that this will only impact CEF/Chromium branches that come into existence after April 2016.

I can't give a useful stack trace right now, but since I upgraded my application to use 3.3526 branch, it crashes on startup on windows xp (I also tested on windows 7 32 and 64 after that, both went ok).
