OffScreen 2623 Problems

In preparation for releasing the latest version of CefSharp, doing some more testing with cef.redist.x86.3.2623.1396 using OSR rendering. I've tested using both the x64 and x86 versions, releases from cefbuilds.com

Noted a few problems, possibly related to viewtopic.php?f=6&t=13997

Open DevTools, shows a blank window with the url (chrome-devtools://devtools/inspector.html), no error immediately in the logs, when closing the window, the following pipe error appears

I'm also seeing some problems with `CefContextMenuHandler`, providing a custom implementation, `OnContextMenuCommand` is never called, I've tested against 2526 and it works there.

Will test with `cefclient` shortly, just posting this now for reference.

Looks like the DevTools problem only appears when using `enable-begin-frame-scheduling=1`
