Licenses compare between CEF1 and CEF3

Hi All,

I have a question about the license of the new dlls in CEF3 compared to CEF1.

Here is the list of new files coming from CEF3.
- cef.pak
- cef_100_percent.pak
- cef_200_percent.pak
- d3dcompiler_47_dll
- ffmpegsumo.dll
- icudtl.dat
- natives_blob.bin
- snapshot_blob.bin
- wow_helper.exe

I saw somewhere saying all the files in the distribution are safe to re-distribution. Is this true? Can someone tell me which file/dll/exe need a special license for production purpose?

How about the ffmpegsumo.dll? I saw many people also having the same question. In the branch we use 2375, the ffmpegsumo.dll is included in the distribution, does it need a third-party license?

Most software has a license, but you do not need to pay licensing fees for the build included with the distribution.
