YouTube live stream

Postby Naphier » Tue May 03, 2016 3:23 pm

Hello. I am using uWebKit which uses CEF to render pages. YouTube live stream videos will not play and report "adobe flash is required". The developer of uWebKit seems to think this is a CEF issue. Can someone here please confirm whether or not youtube live streams will play via CEF? If not is there any plans for this? We're developing a VR app that will make use of live stream and CEF seems the only viable way to get web content embedded in our app. Thanks!

What OS and CEF version? What is the URL that you're testing with?

What about downloading the `Test App` from https://cefbuilds.com/ and trying that?

Is Flash installed? CEF does not bundle its own version of Flash, you must install the PPAPI version (for newer CEF) or the NPAPI version (older CEF) by going to Adobe.com.

Also don't forget to answer the questions about your OS and the CEF version.
