Help with Application Cache

Wondering if you can help me get around this error.. I've done a ton of research but nothing has helped.

[0815/131924:ERROR:backend_impl.cc(2007)] Invalid cache (current) size
[0815/131924:ERROR:cache_creator.cc(127)] Unable to create cache
[0815/131924:ERROR:appcache_storage_impl.cc(1924)] Failed to open the appcache diskcache.

I'm using;

CEF Version: 3.2526.1373 on a Windows 7 machine.

I have my cache_path set and I can see it writing out to the file system.

I've tried

command_line->AppendSwitchWithValue("disk-cache-size", "268435456");
command_line->AppendSwitchWithValue("media-cache-size", "268435456");

Nothing so far works.

How does it behave in a current CEF version like 2743? Builds are available from http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds/index.html

I pulled the new build down and seems to get past that error.
