CefSharp WinForm - Borderless drag on DIV

Hello guys, im fairly new to programming c#. Im experienced in html. My project is a c# WinForm. Here's my question.
Can you make a Borderless Form, and create dragging (And by dragging, i mean, moveing the form window around, like a normal titlebar) on a <div> tag? All in all, create your OWM titlebar. Ive seen people do it, but i do not understand the code. Cloud someone help me figure this out, then i'll be very happy!

What your asking is possible, there is a `WPF` example in the project source, it's called a draggable region. Search the code for OnDraggableRegionsChanged. There is no `WinForms` example, by all means contribute one when you have something working. You can likely port the concept from `WPF`.
