Problem with popups in OSR mode

CEF 2743. How to reproduce:
1) run cefclient.exe with --off-screen-rendering-enabled startup args
2) go to http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp ... tml_select
3) popup is not shown when clicking on select element

A little bit late, but found an issue on bitbucket for 2785 https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/cef/issues/1988. In my case nothing is displayed though.
