CefURLRequest and SSL

Hi all,

(Using CEF 49, Windows 7)

My main problem is that CefURLRequest returns a CefResponse with status 0 and the status text is empty when creating a request to a server using SSL. If I instead navigate to the site then OnCertificateError is invoked and I can continue the navigation. But I cant find any resolution for CefURLRequest.

My secondary problem (assuming the first is resolvable) is that I need the ability to select which certificate i want to use rather than whichever CEF chose as the default. Similar to GetSerializedClientCertContext when embedding IE.

I did a fairly extensive search (this is the point someone will link me to an answer and make me look lazy) and found several people who had the same issue but none with a resolution.
