Embedding CEF into a C++ application

Postby Arno70 » Wed Dec 28, 2016 9:03 am

I would like to embed several CEFs browser windows into a c++ based windows application. So far I could not figure out how to convert the CEFs simple app into an embedded sub window of my host application, How could I figure out how to achieve this. Alternatively (or even) I would like to use the CEFs view framework to build my "host", but I am not sure if there is already enough functionality to have all the usual widgets (tabs, combos, ...) available yet and how I could draw into a CEFs view.

Any advise how to best proceed is highly appreciated.

Thanks again for the responses. As described in http://magpcss.org/ceforum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=14800 everything is working nicely now. (I am using Windows 7, Visual Studio 2012).
