how to use two command together
--register-pepper-plugins="C:\Flash\pepflashplayer32_24_0_0_194.dll;application/x-shockwave-flash"
and
--register-pepper-plugins="C:\CEF\Release\widevinecdmadapter.dll;application/x-ppapi-widevine-cdm"
?

widevine is special and has it's own registration method see CefRegisterWidevineCdm
