How can I change some vs2015 settings by gn?

I've change some vs2013 settings through gyp, such as win_use_allocator_shim, win_release_Optimization, win_release_RuntimeLibrary, win_debug_RuntimeChecks, msbuild_toolset(v120_xp), WarnAsError(false), EnableEnhancedInstructionSet, RandomizedBaseAddress, LinkIncremental, OptimizeReferences, EnableCOMDATFolding and so on. How can I change these in gn file? Is there any instruction documents?

There's a lot of GN documentation linked from https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/cef/issues/1403. It's unlikely to tell you how to set those specific values, so you should search existing Chromium code to see if/how they're being set currently.
