CEF cmake variables targeting Windows 8

In cef_variables.cmake.in I can see:

Does this mean a minimum requirement for CEF?

Windows 7 is still supported, so those values could be changed to 0x601. I'm not sure it actually makes a difference between Win7 and Win8 from a runtime perspective.
