Having trouble compiling on windows 10

Hi
I am trying to compile with windows 10 and I have visual studio 15 installed.

I try the following command and get this response.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of CMake did you install? Where did you get it from? You should download/install the "Latest Release" Windows installer from https://cmake.org/download/

Thanks, that fixed the problem. I had cygwin on my machine and it was using it.
