Issues with CEF logging functions

Hello,

I started using CEF logging functions so that all logs are unified in app and written to the same debug.log file. However I have two issues:

1. Log settings are initialized only after CefInitialize() is called. However I need to log a few things in my app before CEF is initialized. Would it be possible to initialize log settings manually a little bit earlier?

2. I am unable to log command line string for the browser process in OnBeforeCommandLineProcessing callback. Reported issue #2154: https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/ ... ng-for-the
