GPU in CEF failure

Hi,

I'm trying to migrate on last CEF3.3071.1644.g408afd1_windows32 and got the following error during rendering (as result there are small boxes with minimize, maximize and cloe buttons):

[0702/003839.592:ERROR:context_provider_command_buffer.cc(262)] GpuChannelHost failed to create command buffer.


I've tried disable-gpu & disable-gpu-compositing options and got the following error:

Cefclient works fine, but I don't know what is the problem could be...on CEF3.2987.1601.gf035232_windows32 works fine...
Graphic card is NVidia GeForce 8600M GT with latest drivers.
Solutions from http://magpcss.org/ceforum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=13997&start=20 don't helped.

Cefsimple with use-views (i.e. CreateBrowserView ans so on) got also small box with minimize,maximize & close buttons only but render process don't crash...and when maximize window all is visible fine after blinked blackbox window.... same for me...but also with fatal error and render crash....
