how to capture keyboard event on fullscreen

hello everybody,i'm a new of this project and a bit experience of vc++ developing.
i want to make a program that open web pages in a mfc dialog frame and when click a button it can be fullscreen and hide all controls only show a screen of the browser.
and when it is in the fullscreen mode i want to make a keyevent that can exit the fullscreen mode like press the esc key,but i can't get the event.
just like the PreTranslateMessage function or WM_SIZE message or OVERRIDE OnPreKeyEvent and OnKeyEvent function and return true,and write some code like messagebox in the OnPreKeyEvent and OnKeyEvent function but not show the messagebox.
i need help by this problem see if you can give some advice or show some piece of your code,thanks,wait on line.
