can I have border and shadow for frameless view?

from cef3 2704, view framework is implemented in CEF3 and developer can have frameless window based on it, it's great.
but there is not border and shadow for user to identify the window border, especially CEF3 has the same background color as the desktop
so, my question is can I have CEF3 colored border and shadow as follows? and how?
