Is this your own application or do you mean for a CEF application that someone else created?

By tracking do you mean websites tracking you with cookies and such, or do you mean touch screen support?

If it's your own application, what version of CEF and what operating system(s)?

As far as I know, the browser itself does not ever use a sensor to read your human hand's fingerprint in Windows, so I'm guessing you mean something else like cookies, local storage, URL re-writing, iframes? Please tell us in detail what you mean.
