Is 64bit vs2015 command prompt need for ninja 64bit

Is 64bit vs2015 command prompt need for ninja 64bit

Hi,

Just want to check should I be using the 64bit version of the vs 2015 command prompt for

ninja -C out\Release_GN_x64 cef

You can run commands using a regular command prompt.
