I could not download cef binary file from the following site.
http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds ... 32.tar.bz2
It was very slow and network error.
But I could download CEF source files from this site.
I don't need source file.
Please help me.

There is no alternate download location. Perhaps there's a network issue between you and your geographically local AWS data center. I suggest trying the download again in a few hours or days, or using a VPN to download from a different region.

I downloaded a file from there today without problem
