Problem while building 3440 with Windows sdk 10.0.17134.12

Hi,
I'm building CEF branch 3440 on windows environment with sdk version 10.0.17134.12 and visual studio 2017 version 15.7.5. While building the CEF I am facing some issue. PFA error log file.
I know the mentioned windows sdk version for 3440 is 10.0.17134.0 but I don't find it available even in the https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/sdk-archive. I hope that is not the problem here.

Basically it is not able to find some header files in the windows sdk installation. I manually searched for these files in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\include\10.0.17134.0\ folder, but that files are nowhere present.

Can somebody please help me out here?

The visual studio components mentioned in the link are installed.
