Hi all,
I know Mac OS 10.14 is not supported yet, but I'm trying to get a jump on it by trying things early.
I've been using cef on Mac OS 10.14 beta for a while. Something may have changed in beta 5, though.
Running cefclient 3440 from spotify still works, but the console shows the warning:
2018-08-03 16:36:30.471 cefclient Helper[91217:940512] unable to obtain configuration from file:///Library/Preferences/com.apple.ViewBridge.plist due to Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=257 "The file “com.apple.ViewBridge.plist” couldn’t be opened because you don’t have permission to view it." UserInfo={NSFilePath=/Library/Preferences/com.apple.ViewBridge.plist, NSUnderlyingError=0x7f971e636680 {Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=1 "Operation not permitted"}}
Running the same binary on osx 10.13 does not show the warnings.
More annoyingly, one of my sample apps aborts right after that message.
(FWIW, Tor has a recent bug with a similar message in it, see https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/20989
They seem to have had to adjust their mac sandbox .sb file, https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/brad ... 7da072995a
Perhaps Chromium needs to tweak one of the .sb files in service_manager/sandbox/mac
or maybe this is already fixed by the v2 sandbox stuff in master, I wouldn't know.)
