[Solved] Determining JavaScript callback signature

Once again, really appreciate the tips and help magreenblatt.

Given the additional work required, I'll stick with my alternate solution for now but make a note to transition to registering persistent callbacks via cefQuery in the future.

I honestly still struggled a tad with the media_router_test.cc code too, but much appreciate the blueprint for an example implementation.
