What would make MediaPipe Image Segmentation slower in CEF than in Chrome? We've tested with multiple different versions of CEF and they are all slower than Chrome, and several seconds slower on older hardware. We have a customer who is extremely adversely affected by this issue. It's taking almost 15 seconds to load and only about 6 in Chrome! On newer hardware, CEF is about 2 seconds slower.

What OS and CEF version? What CEF runtime? Are you using official builds?

OS: Windows 10 and up.
Yes, we tested with a few different official and unofficial builds, including 32 and 64 bit.
I know we tested with the 120 build (the Sample Application):
