Copy Paste doesn't work in PDF

We recently upgraded our customer systems from JCEF 3.3325 to 3.4147 and everything worked fine so far.
We could eliminate many of our hacks and it was great!
Thx for the good work so far.
Now our customers reported an issue that Copy and Paste in PDFs does not work.
To clarify the behaviour:
Ctrl+C works but with Copy from context menue nothing happens, as if the action was never triggered.
Do you know that problem and how can we address it?
