I have loaded IDE with needed files .
But I am getting one error:
Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
Error Couldn't process file BrowserForm.resx due to its being in the Internet or Restricted zone or having the mark of the web on the file. Remove the mark of the web if you want to process these files. CefSharp.MinimalExample.WinForms
When I check the file for BLOCKED , it is UNBLOCKED .
How can I resolve this ?
Please stop ignoring my posts and help me out here people .

Unfortunately: have been banned from ASKing questions on Stackoverflow ,
but I dont know why , and can find no facility to find out why ,
and no way to correct it .

Turns out the program that I was using to UNBlock .resx
was actually corrupting .resx .
When I used winExplorer to UnBlock .resx
everything works as expected .
