I built cefi, but how can I create my own project using these files? All I want is to make an application that runs Netflix.

Debug_GN_x64
Debug_GN_x86
Release_GN_x64
Release_GN_x86

Afther the build completes, you need to make a binary distribution from it. The process is documented on bitbucket CEF wiki.
